I am planning a trip with friends BETWEEN xmas and newyear (which should be quiet) and I can get the Hilton Barcelona (avenida Diagonal) for a very good price (only this hotel, not the other Hilton properties in BCN). I am GOLD but our friends are not... how likely is it that the Gold benefits (breakfast, I am not interested in lounge access) would be extended to the second room? It would be terrible if our friends have to pay for their breakfast when we are not...

Any has one any experience with this? If our friends have to pay for their breakfast (our stay is for 5 days) other hotels would become better value (and better location too...).
