My employer has started requiring that all our travel be booed through Concur, and only economy fares are permitted. I am allowed to book through Concur and then pay out of pocket to upgrade. However to do this, I have to call DL and then pay a $50 charge for DL to take over the reservation from Concur. Over a year that will add up to a lot of money. I'm a DM. Do any of you think there is any person or office I can contact at DL to see if they will waive that $50 fee given that I am likely to pay to move into J or F very often?
