I don't use the official bill payer service, but I do use my Amtrak Mastercard to pay bills. I just set it up with the individual merchants (cable company, oil delivery service, cell phone provider, etc.) to bill the credit card rather than sending me a bill that I'd have to pay by check. I get full Amtrak GR points for this. Works very nicely, a constant replenishing of my AGR balance.
