It's an award on JAL in F. I asked on Twitter if they could extend the hold but no go. I don't see a 24 hr phone number for here in Mexico, I thought about calling the local number. I would have thought that 10 pm PST was a relatively slow time. I have been trying since 7 am PST.

Until now BA was the only airline I've experienced having such long hold times for such an extended period of time. (Admittedly, I try to experience the call centers as little as possible). At least BA's social media team is helpful.
