You have to call NonePass to transfer out of them (a toll number, too. blah.) used to be you could email them but they seem not to allow transfer requests by email anymore.

Amtrak, on the other hand, actually lets you redeem points online, including for transfers to other systems. I never thought I'd find an instance of technological superiority/leadership demonstrated by Amtrak (there are many things I like about Amtrak, but that's not one of them. sad but true).
