Unless the AY flight departs from T-3, a 39 minute connection is not realistic. I've seen the D-->I MCT of 35 minutes, but that can't possibly apply for a T-3 to T-5 connection. And although legal (if the AY flight departed from T-3), it would not be advisable in any case, given the lack of frequency on the ORD-HEL route.
