I used cranky concierge to book it. They had my mileage plus number and log in. I told them I preferred ANA flights. They were able to assign me 27c.

I'll revisit the website. This is a bucket list trip so I was probably a bit too excited about when I first posted. I appreciate the responses and your patience.
