It's definitionally not an amazing place if they do "jungle" parties and that disturbs you. OTOH, if they advertise these things and you nonetheless stay there, that's on you.

Emailing is impersonal. Why not speak directly with the GM and make it clear that service recovery is part of it. If this really is a luxury place, they will comp the night and move you.
