Here in Chicago we have a Canadian pub (not sure if it's marketed as "Canadian" per se, but they have poutine, some Canadian beers, Bloody Caesars and other random Canadian fare at random times). The owner is (I think) Irish, and the owner's wife is from Alberta. They show Canadian football and hockey on their TV screens, too.

We used to have a poutinerie in Wrigleyville but that closed up. Nonetheless, you can still get poutine in the city if you know where to go, and even in the surburbs, there is poutine to be found (that's a recent phenomena in the suburbs, though).
