At least on JNB-DUR, Comair's displayed configurations are rather like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates. The MMB seat map should only be taken to be a rough guide to the likely manufacturer of the aircraft operating your flight, and you shouldn't even take the OLCI seat map to bear much relationship to the aircraft that actually turns up to carry you.
One thing that I've had happen is having the OLCI seat map confirm the configuration that has rows of only two seats by the overwing exits (BC and DE, with no A or F seats); staying in the E seat - and then boarding the aircraft to find that it's turned into an E seat between D and F, not at an exit row, and with two ample people sitting in D and F.
But one takes the rough with the smooth, and there's rather more smooth than rough with Comair.
