I flew EK-843 and EK-850 last year during Ramadan, I ate the normal meal on EK-843 and EK-850 and I didn't notice anything special for the people who were fasting, they were barely any because the J cabin was practically empty.

Everything in the airport is normal, both DXB and DOH, all restaurants were open.
