Ask for a refund for that night. Ask to be upgraded again to the hotel's quietest suite/villa or find some place else to stay. Tell us the name of the place so the rest of us can avoid it!
I wouldn't avoid the hotel... It's an absolutely amazing property. It seems that there was just a problem with management letting guests running amok.
