N'EX Tokyo Round Trip Tickets costing 4000 yen are valid for travel from NRT to the area designated as 'Tokyo train area' on this map. You'll have no problem travelling on N'EX to Shinjuku on arrival and boarding N'EX at Tokyo on the way back to the airport within 14 days.
