Eg I would never ever talk to Asia SPG corporate, since 99% of the time, they would side with the hotel and show less empathy over an issue. Where as, N America customer service has more flexibility and show personal interest in their support.
Somehow, I actually agree with you. I felt I received more empathy when I dealt with the European CS side, than Asia Corporate. Hmmm.
