Why not just fly Cebu Pacific and pay for exit row ? It's much cheaper. I did just that exactly in Easter when Cathay charged 2X the price in economy. The drawback is 0640 flight returning to HKG. Save your money on a nicer hotel and better food in Cebu instead.
All redeye regional flights (to/from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Japan) have cold snacks coded in Economy. New low.
