Strange that you guys are having problems with the link I posted. I used it last month without any issues and I've been enjoying Executive benefits ever since. My account also shows "
Nastercard Elite Emerald Club Link" but clearly lists "EC Executive" under my member number. Also received a membership card in the mail showing Executive status.

I called the same number last week to enroll in Avis First and everything went smoothly. I'm guessing it would be a similar experience for National Executive. The rep asked me for my World Elite card number, Avis membership number, and email address. Logged into my Avis account 2 days later and I had been upgraded to Avis First status.
