Have you asked the flight attendant to turn the temperature down? They can control it in the cabin.
It's more complicated than that because then the galleys get ice ice cold.
AA has been trying to get Airbus to come up with a solution, but that is months away at best. This problem (and it's a very real one) will be around for several months at least, but at least, as of late, AA is aware of it.
