Accoding to the Fairmont website the resort fees are $13 per person per day.
Gratuity is $10 per person per day when staying in a Fairmont room and double (if I recall correctly) when staying in a suite.
I'm not sure whether taxes apply to the resort fee and the gratuity, but I seem to recall paying $70-$80 per day when using a free night cert - which I didn't find very impressive.
