To add... I agree the QF lounge staff to be very accommodating. There was a time when, prior to a long haul flight to London, I was feeling rather ill and needed to lie down. An attendant saw me and said she would get into trouble for allowing me to lie down, but knowing I was ill, gently moved me to another quieter area to lie down and 'cordoned' it off so other people didn't see me, which gave me some much needed rest before the flight. She also assured me that even if I fell asleep, she would keep watch on the time and wake me up in time for boarding. And when I awoke, there was a nice cup of hot peppermint tea waiting. I was ever grateful for her kindness.
