There is no elite/F line. There is one regular line leading to up to four lanes. Then there is a precheck line on the right on its own.

OGG is very efficient. I've never had to spend more than 10 minutes for the entire process, and I have no status. If you don't have checked bags and did OCLI, 9 AM would have plenty of time, 9:30 AM would be ideal, and 10 AM would be pushing it.
