If I understand this right, you obtained lifetime UC membership through two paths:

Buying it in on an earlier plan
Reaching 2MM on the pre-merger UA

And want to pass one of these on.

I doubt gifting was part of either benefit, and you are out of luck. Look at TC to clarify.
