You should have access to all the oneworld lounges in both the main and satellite buildings. It's about a 5 min walk between the two.

I'd say the best lounge is the JL F lounge in the main terminal. Unfortunately, the QF lounge at NRT is not that great. I would rank the lounges in the following order:

JL F Main Bldg
JL F Satellite
Admirals Club
QF lounge = CX lounge

I have actually never used the Sakura lounges as I am on the F side when I visit the JL lounges
