No... it's 1-800-jetBlue. Just pick up the phone and call... they pick up alot faster than the other airlines plus if you do get place on hold, its not too bad, I never waited too long on hold. Just tell them what you want to know and they'll give you the answer... Worst case senerio is you have to show up to the airport early and try to get a seat that can only be assigned at the airport (First few rows, exit rows, and row 26 D-F)
