Can you mail in winning lottery tickets the way you can winning tickets in Vegas?

Kind of a pain to do this for a $10 Illinois Lotto win, but you'd do it if you won a couple hundred bucks. Obviously if you hit the jackpot you're not mailing anything...you're physically going wherever you need to be.
