I like this property a lot and have done over 20 nights there this year. It is in many ways my favourite IHG property in London offering decent value, a small but high quality gym, free minibar, nice decor and great Plat treatment. It also really doesn't feel at all like a chain hotel.
I'm staying here for 7 night in July on points and was wondering what the typical Platinum treatment is like? Have requested a room overlooking Barkston Gardens as I'm keen to avoid the basement rooms.
From the photos the look is similar in style to The Ampersand at South Kensington so very much away from the usual chain hotel look.
