Just to echo what Swiss Tony has said as correct. Don't withdraw the cash using one of those ATMs.

Use this to find out the best airport rate http://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/ but even booking something like 24 hours beforehand will get you a very good rate for airport pickup.
