ATMs in the UK that dispense euro will change it into sterling at a very poor rate with a charge on top. Irrespective of what card you use.
Better to take money out from a Eurozone machine and using a Metro Bank or Norwich & Peterborough debit card which allows you to avoid charges and also interest.
