SJU, overall, is not that big of an airport. I lived in SJU for 8 months and could get from checkin to gates in under 5 minute.

DL comes into terminal B. Seaborne is terminal D. It's a 15 minute walk - at most. You can do it all behind security. http://aeropuertosju.com/mapas/
