Yes, we understand that the culture that was put into place is very antagonistic. Lawyers practicing intimidation. Lawyers whose job is to tell them when the can behave as if they were above the law. (as in PE and downgrades in case of equipment changes, just to give one example of behaving like bullies. And putting themselves above the law.)

Of course if they would be putting as much energy on (1) IT and (2) customer services, they might end up being perceived as a nice airline...

But no, throwing customers (and employees) to the wolves is so much more normal for our lawyer types...
From what I am seeing here AC needs all the aggressive legal help they can get to put up with the nonsense that emanates from here from people who don't fly at all from others who claim they don't fly AC, among other types. AC has done very well at stopping the revenue leaks that were prevalent about 5 years or so ago. That makes a lot of people angry they now have to pay for their flights.

This discussion has become entirely a waste of time because it is no longer objective and is just a soap box for people who have perceived ideas about AC and very few facts.
