2AK are very good seats - I actually prefer them to 1AK.
we have also had 2A&K, albeit in OF, and liked the intimacy of row 1 alot. In row 1 we could communicate whereas in row 2 it was more difficult.
if i were travelling solo, i would definitely take 2 over 1 as it has a more spacious feeling.
