WTP is by no means any kind of business level product - the ONLY overlap is the main course and it isn't presented in any way like it would be in J. It's left in the original tray, with the foil wrapper on for example.
The aim of BA is to justify the premium over economy and given the price differential for them - the extra width and extra pitch isn't exclusively enough. So they up one element of the food.
It is much closer to economy than business. But I guess it depends on your business class priorities. For me - it's a flat bed, better service, better food (in that order). So in that case - J is massively different over WTP. If you reversed it - then yes - you might find it's more J than Y.
