First, I'm not sure what you mean by "Spring," but my Spring flights out of DFW to CDG are always on a beat-up 767. I'm not sure when they switch.

And no matter what anyone else says, DFW is better for changing to or from an international flight than ORD. If you don't have Global Entry, however, you'd also have to war-game your customs strategy here.
