Pat, please do not waste any money pursuing this through legal avenues. BA announced several years ago that the threshold for Euro Gold was to increase to 1500 TPs.

As frustrating as the misleading info was on your BAEC account, the simple fact is that you have no basis in law for a claim against BA. Had you achieved 800 TPs before the 1500 appeared and your account showed 'Gold Retained' then you might have been in a better position legally.

Certainly put pressure on BA but please don't throw any money at it. It would be much cheaper (and more productive) to do a TP run for the additional TPs.
