Without access to insider data (via an employee) no. The best you can sometimes figure out prior to check in is how many seats are left for sale, but even that's getting harder now. I think (don't quote me on this as I'm still learning the ins and outs of DL) once you check in you can see how many seats are left for assignment on flights you're booked on.
