The on-line tool works fine with QR flights anywhere in the itinerary except the
first flight.
My current DONE5 has 6 QR flights in it; the first flight was with BA (CPT-JNB), so that airline ticketed it for me.
Read the first post in this thread for a description of my failed attempt to get QR to ticket the itinerary (I was wanting my first flight to be CPT-DOH). I guess it's always worth a try - if you do then please let us know how successful you are.
