I assume they mean present this to the conductor when they check the tickets, or do you have to upgrade at the counter in advance?
Do this:
-- Present your super-status card. Demand the discount
-- when they look confused, call the global AC Concierge desk. Immediately.
-- demand that they put you through to the local representative at LHR.
-- previous reports here are that they won't. Try again.
-- report, immediately, as to how well the new Concierge service is working.
