Just finished a one night stay at the hotel. Upgraded to a junior suite on 10th floor, but facing the backside of the hotel. Location is hard to beat- central to midtown and very close to the park. However 2 issues during the stay:1) keys stopped working after 3pm even though I talked to front desk 3 times about getting 4pm late check out 2) breakfast buffet is poor and tip is on you.
