Where I get confused is in the language used in b) (and I have read both English and French versions) and what this actually means...
It would seem b refers to situations where there is a later flight that gets you earlier to destination. Which is not very common nowadays.

(Brought up memeories of the milk run however: CGN-GIG-SSA-AJU-MCZ-REC-FOR-BEL.)
