I was on LHR-IST this week and I was in the front row of ET. Someone in the row in front of me (on the other side of the CE divider) ordered a cranberry juice and got it. I don't normally drink it but the sight made me fancy it.

The ET service came to me and I asked for cranberry juice only to be told they 'don't have it on board'. I pointed to the box of cranberry juice on the trolley in front, not 2 feet from her hand and she then changed her story to 'oh well, it's in business class only'.

Really? I wasn't aware it was such a premium item? Is this correct?
