Surely you just tell them what flight you will be arriving on, it's up to them what time they arrive at the airport and you shouldn't be charged waiting time?
Actually, they are asking me how long after the arrival time I wish to be picked up (they will add 30 more minutes after that time for free - after that they will charge).
I am guessing that 45 minutes (+30) should be enough. Should I allow more time?
