If I am booking a ticket from Lon to Syd flying Virgin Australia, I get an Etihad flight connecting in Abu dabhi

is it possible that delta let's you get 100% mqm flying Etihad on a virgin Australia ticket, and if not, what is the alternative, I see China southern but I am pretty sure they only let you get 50% or 75%
