I fly to OTP every 2 months and I am a GCH as well. At check-in, BA will acknowledge your status and give you a paper lounge invitation, that you can use to access both lounges.

The two lounges are actually 90 percent identical and they are situated right in front of each other. The snack and drink offering is exactly the same for both. I personally prefer the MasterCard lounge to the Tarom one because of better, more modern looking seating.
