To my mind it is not really fair to say it is a suite upgrade failure when one books multiple room types below the first suite level and one receives an upgrade of one or two levels from basic entry level room type to eg an Exec Room

Surely a suite upgrade failure is eg book exec room when next room type up is say junior suite and you get no upgrade to the junior suite ?

otherwise HHD's booking base rooms that get nice upgrades to exec rooms would be making posts in this thread most stays!

I have never not had suite upgrade on booking an exec or 1-level below suites but I would only post here as a failure if a suite was 1level up from my booked room and not given
