I'm heading to London next week and was wondering if anyone has used this yet. On the Altitude page is says: "Upgrade for free to Business First Class on Heathrow Express trains - Present your Gold Status FFP card along with your full fare standard class ticket when you travel."

I assume they mean present this to the conductor when they check the tickets, or do you have to upgrade at the counter in advance?
