I liked how @SamuelS points out policies that QR has in place, which are far more conservative than the other 2 airlines. While nothing like western nations in terms of laws, the UAE is more "liberal" and I know plenty of westerners who are enjoying life there. Of course it is different, and may not make work for you or for me, but just because one airline has certain policies that gets scrutinized, that does not mean it applies to the others as well.

Surely you can be a little more reasonable and not assume that 1/3 companies policies applies to the other 2. Then again, you are the same person that said if you don't fly a US carrier you are against the US labor force.
