Hi Gypcat, as kiwi harry says - you have to request the second card by phone, and for me it took a number of calls as there was an issue with needing to shift some credit limit from one to the other. I also had to go into a branch for the personal card, which I didn't for the business. Good luck!
It was opposite for me. My personal card was ready to use immediately. I had to go into a branch with my business card and take financial evidence along too before it was activated.
