Thanks. I think it's pretty clear when they mention the following:
(Mid-night flight depart from Haneda, check-in will open from 6:00am the day before. Your check-in time may be different from above if your flight is a code-share flight operated by other carrier.)
Hopefully it's no issue. Definitely want to grab a shower before heading out for the day!
