You will get widely differing answers to this question because it depends so much on personal preferences.
I like the A/B bulkhead seats, but not E/F.
I also like Row 3 because there's no one behind you. Although there is a risk you'll be first to be downgraded if the aircraft is downgauged.
Row 2 would be my last choice.
