I have a Kall8 account which is a toll free call forwarding service. There are others, but this is the one that works for me. It goes to my phone that has a local sim card in it. My clients can reach me. It is $2.00 a month plus so much a minute depending in what country you are in. If I need to call them back I use Skype. I have the unlimited US subscription for around $30.00 a year. I have the toll free number on my business card. I have found having a local sim card your local clients do not have to call an international number to reach you if you are in their country or city.
