My clients can reach me. It is $2.00 a month plus so much a minute depending in what country you are in. If I need to call them back I use Skype. I have the unlimited US subscription for around $30.00 a year. I have the toll free number on my business card. I have found having a local sim card your local clients do not have to call an international number to reach you if you are in their country or city.
What do you for dealing with text messages/SMS while on the move abroad? Google Voice handling of SMS/text is a reason why some use Google Voice.
