So far I've only flown jetBlue on short hops and not enough times in a year to get to 100... I mean its 4 points if booked online from JFK and ROC... that's a LOT of "commuting" to earn a ticket. It really doesn't matter to me becuase at their prices and their level of service, I really don't care if I get a free ticket. However, I can see those that fly transcon be interested in earning a free ticket here n' there sorry no upgrades... I dont' think they'll let you ride in the cockpit
